Day 161

Aidan LOVED LOVED LOVED his field trip!!! He got to see many different animals including a bobcat! At the orthodontist he picked out yellow and green for his new colors.

Day 160

That is an awkward looking picture. He had just rolled over and was squinting his face, I swear he isn't frowning. Today is his field trip and he couldn't be more excited! He is going to a wolf preserve. He also has an orthodontist appointment and lacrosse practice today. Today is also another sunny rain free day!

Day 159

Today has a zero percent chance of rain!! And is supposed to be 80!! It goes back to rain through the weekend though. Today is his grandma's birthday. I asked Aidan how old he thought she was, he guessed 95 hahahahaha. I said seriously, and he was only off by one year.

Day 158

Well it finally stopped raining and they had the game and they won again!! The boys are having a great season! The game ended just in time, on the way home a tornado warning was issued which brought a thunderstorm. There has been a ton of tornado warnings this year! Today the sun is shining, but I don know for how long.

Day 157

This is he smile of a kid who is playing attack tonight, if the game isn't rained out. This has been a terrible season, it has rained everyday for two weeks and there is a chance of rain all week again. It rained all last night.
As for the school fair on friday, well Aidan made out big! He won a guitar and free bagels for a year from panera bread! I have no idea why he wanted it so badly but I think he would have been more disappointed if he didn't win the bagels than the guitar.  We won a few gift certificates and a couple shirts also.  I think we won about 8 things which isn't too bad at all! Of course none of it was anything that I really wanted but at least Aidan is happy because he only ever won one thing and that was when he was in the first grade.

Late entry day 150

I have no idea why this did not post on May 12th.  Under the list of all posts it was listed 5 times as a draft. Oh well, better late than never.

Day 156

Hooray today is the school fair and that means tricky tray!! Aidan and I never win anything but Grandma always wins several. It is still going to rain off and on all day today. Every year but last year it rained during the school fair. It was nice last year that the kids were able to play outside on the playground and not be running through the halls knocking down the smaller kids.

Day 155

It has been pouring all week and we should finally get a break this weekend.

Day 154

Well as expected lacrosse was rained out last night and being that it is so late in the season it cannot be rescheduled. I guess we just weren't meant to play this team because it was rained out twice.

Day 153

Aidan had his first puberty lesson yesterday at school. When I talked to him about it it took everything in me to not burst out laughing the way he was referring to things.
