Aidan had a busy weekend. Saturday he had his riding lesson and then off to do some shopping. Aidan's class is doing a drive for the homeless and is looking for hats and gloves and sample sized incidentals. They showed the kids a video on homelessness in school on Friday and it really upset him. Well, as much as we bought it made him feel a little better knowing how much we were helping. On Sunday Aidan had a wrestling match and he did really well. He didn't win but he lasted all 3 rounds and put up a great fight. Even the other teams coach came over to me and said that he has a lot of potential. And then Sunday night he had his Christmas party at the riding club where they had a horseless horse show haha. All the kids were out in the arena jumping the jumps while the adults ate in the nice warm area with the fireplace. Aidan met 3 other boys who ride there, including his instructor's son who is the same age. Today I was able to let Aidan sleep in a little since I was driving him to school in order to bring all the donations and boy did he need that little extra sleep.
